Maintenance agreement

Right now Alamo Door and Awning is offering a special for a yearly maintenance agreement.  Normally it is 149.95 but for a limited time we are offering it for $89.95.  Our tech will come out and check your garage door and garage door opener.  He will make sure everything is properly greased, oil, lubed properly, adjust parts on your opener, he will inspect the opener itself, track, as well as the springs, pulleys, cable, springs, gears etc.  That is a pretty good savings and will save you the worry of having to worry about your garage door and opener.
